Boone Central’s School Board began working out the details of its search for a new superintendent during a special meeting last Monday evening, Nov. 24.
The board has contracted with the Nebraska Association of School Boards (NASB) Superintendent Search Service, and met for about two hours with Marcia Herring, director of this office for NASB.
Herring noted that several planning sessions would be held with the board to discuss the various factors to consider in hiring a new superintendent. She also discussed the procedure and timeline for the interview process.
