Cargill of Albion will be celebrating it’s 30th anniversary on Friday, July 16, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Displays and presentations will be given throughout the day on per pricing contracts, crop insurance and Cargill history.
A lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The day will also include trolley tours from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and prize giveaways.
Cargill began construction of its Albion facility in July 1979. The new 573,000 bushel elevator opened on Monday, April 7, 1980.
