Boone County’s employee handbook was a prime topic of discussion during the county commissioners’ meeting last Monday, March 19.
Discussion between the board members, employees and department heads lasted for several hours. Pam Bourne, an attorney contracted with the Nebraska Intergovernmental Risk Management Assocation (NIRMA) participated in the discussion.
