Entry was gained by breaking a back window of the store, and narcotics were taken, Lipker said.
A vehicle stop in Norfolk just after midnight on Thursday resulted in the arrest of Matthew E. Swoboda, 25, of Norfolk, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Officers found 48 bottles of various pharmaceuticals inside the vehicle.
