Albion High School’s class of 1966 went “all out” for a big celebration on its 50-year class reunion last weekend.
Most class members arrived a day early on Friday for a bus tour of the community to see the many changes and improvements.
The tour included stops at Cargill, Valero Renewables, Sentinel Building Systems and other locations. The bus also stopped at GSS Albion Samaritan Estates and Wolf Home, where some of the class members greeted their parents.
On Friday evening, the class members, spouses and friends returned to the Casey building on the fairgrounds for a social hour and meal. That evening, the Boone Central cheerleaders performed.
Later on Friday, the class sponsored a dance to the oldies with music by B.D. and the Boys of Grand Island.
