Polar Express, live animals to be featured this week

Albion Christmas season events continue this Thursday night, Dec. 8, with Polar Express bus rides and a live animal display at the downtown mini-park from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Live animals to be featured this year are a camel, a donkey and a sheep from Horn-T Zoo in Monroe.
A small bus will pick up riders to view Christmas lights around the community while listening to “The Polar Express.”
Hot chocolate and cookies will be served to those waiting to ride on the Polar Express.
Chamber events will continue on Thursday evening, Dec. 15, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., with horse-drawn hayrack rides around town (weather permitting) provided by Dana Ienn and Doug Stuhr.

‘Elfing’ also continues at Albion businesses through Dec. 22. The elves will be handing out valuable coupons and Chamber Bucks to local shoppers.
