High temperature recorded on Saturday was one degree, with wind chills of minus 28 to 30 degrees.
Several area events and activities were postponed due to the weather, including Boone Central’s home basketball games against Norfolk Catholic on Friday night, and a home wrestling tournament on Saturday.
