Duane Anthony Frauendorfer, 88, of Lindsay, passed away Monday, Oct. 30, 2017 at the Boone County Health Center in Albion.
Survivors include his children and their spouses: Elaine and Jim Jakub of Columbus, Sharon Schaefer of Columbus, Susan and Gene Werner of Lindsay, Mary and Vern Kwapnioski of Columbus, Bonnie and Marc Beller of Columbus, Rick and Jill Frauendorfer of Lindsay, and Mike and Kristy Frauendorfer of Humphrey; 27 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild; sister-in-law Kathaleen Frauendorfer of Humphrey; brothers and their spouses: Ronnie Frauendorfer of Newman Grove, Gerald (Virginia) Frauendorfer of Humphrey, Harold (Connie) Frauendorfer of Humphrey, and JoAnn (Lauren) Veik of Humphrey.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ellen; grandson Michael Werner, his parents, Anthony and Anna Frauendorfer; father- and mother-in law, Michael and Josephine Knust; sister Norma Jean Frauendorfer; brother James Frauendorfer; sisters-in-law Donna Frauendorfer and Alice Ramaekers; brothers-in-law Arthur Knust, William Knust, Paul Knust, David Knust, Edward (Bud) Ramaekers, and Delmer Seier.
Services were held Friday, Nov. 3, 2017 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Lindsay. Burial to followed at theHoly Family Cemetery. The wake will be held on Thursday, November 2, at Holy Family Catholic Church.
Newman Grove Memorial Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
