Everyone is invited to join the TeamMates Mentoring program in Albion for their One Hour Walk this Sunday, April 20, at 1 p.m. The walk symbolizes the one hour per week that TeamMates mentors spend with their youth each week.
Boone Central TeamMates is joining TeamMates Mentoring programs across the state for this event. Mentors, mentees and community participants from across the state will walk in their own communities to celebrate the difference mentoring makes in the lives of youth.
The Walk will be held at the Boone Central High School Track. Registration and walk starts at 1 p.m. and lasts until 2 p.m. In case of bad weather, the walk will be held in the High School gym.
