More than 90 motorcycles and over 150 members of the Freedom Riders stopped in Albion last Sunday, April 20. They were on their way to Spalding, where they paid tribute to PFC Christopher Pfeifer of Spalding by placing a wreath at his grave. PFC Pfeifer died Sept. 25, 2007 from wounds sustained in combat while serving with the U.S. Army in Afghanistan. The Freedom Riders attended his funeral at Spalding last October.
