Frank E. Seier, 83, Petersburg died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008 at Bryan LGH in Lincoln. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 5, 2008 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Petersburg. Fr. Stan Schmit officiated with burial in the Parish Cemetery.
