St. Michael’s students last week brought a load of warm winter hats, scarves and gloves to the Boone County Food Pantry for distribution to families in need. They collected the clothing as their Advent service project for the year. Students pictured are third graders Jessie Sullivan and Dylan Gentrup. Other third graders helping out with the delivery were Garrett Cornwell, Trevor Wieser, Mike Murcek and Nicholas Thies, along with their teacher, Paula Beierman.
