The Boone Central Lady Cardinals made their first appearance in school history in the Nebraska Girls State Basketball Tournament Thursday, March 5. Boone Central, seeded #3 in Class C1, lost a 59-51 decision to #6 Bennington after falling behind by 22 points at halftime.
