Eugene H. DeLancey

Eugene H. DeLancey, 79, of Spalding, died Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Grand Island. Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, March 21 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Spalding. Rev. Jim Murphy officiated. Military burial was held in St. Michael’s Cemetery.

Carol R. Iverson

Carol Rae Iverson, 64,  Albion died Monday, March 9, 2009 at her home in Albion. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 12 at the First Baptist Church, Albion. Rev. Blaine Pritchett officiated. Burial was held in the Rose Hill Cemetery.

Margaret E. Wildes

Margaret Eleanore Wildes, 91, Petersburg, died on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at Boone County Health Center. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Petersburg. Fr. Stan Schmit officiated. Burial was held in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, Petersburg.

Sharon Jane Cook, 70 of rural Scotia, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2009, at the Greeley Care Home. Funeral services were held on Monday, March 23, 2009, at 2 p.m. at the Scotia United Methodist Church. Pastors Carl D. Janz and Jonathan Musgrove officiated. Burial was held in the Mt. Hope Cemetery at Scotia.

Elizabeth “Enid” Davis

Elizabeth “Enid” Davis, 98, Primrose, died Sunday, March 15, 2009 at Friendship Villa in Spalding. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m on Thursday, March 19 at Primrose Presbyterian Church. Rev. Ray Avidano officiated. Burial was held in the Dublin Cemetery, Primrose.

Lydia K. Glissman, 87, Omaha, died on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at Florence Home, Omaha. Funeral services were held at  11 a.m. on Monday, March 23 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Omaha. Fr. Pat McCaslin officiated. Burial was held in the  St. Bonaventure Catholic Cemetery, Raeville.
