Temme to lead Radiologic Technologists

Petersburg native James B. Temme, director of radiation science technology education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, NE, has been elected by members of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists to serve as president-elect of the society.

Temme currently serves as ASRT’s vice president on the ASRT board of directors. His tenure as president-elect will commence following the conclusion of the 2009 ASRT annual governance and House of Delegates meeting, June 11-14 in Albuquerque, NM.

As president-elect, Temme will work with ASRT’s seven members board to represent the association’s 131,000 members and govern the organization’s strategic iniatives.
