Albion Area Arts Council presented a performance of “The Lightning Bugs” on Sunday afternoon, April 26, at the United Methodist Church. Paul Hosford provided guitar accompaniment for the performance, and his son, William, performed a vocal selection with the group. “The Lightning Bugs” members (l. to r.) are Jim Pipher, bass, Reynold Peterson, lead vocals and percussion, and Steve Hanson, tenor vocals and guitar. They entertained with many classics from the Big Band era.
