Cedar Rapids will mark its 125th anniversary with two days of events on Saturday and Sunday, June 13-14.
Most events will be held at the city park and downtown areas on Saturday, starting at 7 a.m.
The Saturday schedule will include the Q125 Parade at 10 a.m. on Main Street, a tractor pull; art, garden and quilt shows; various kids games and races; a barbecue, beard judging contest, dance and fireworks.
On Sunday, community worship services will be held at 10:30 a.m., followed by a lunch and dedication of the community fire hall.
