Petersburg Leadership Challenge Committee has announced plans to erect a new electronic marquee sign as its “capstone” project.
A fund drive has begun for donations to the project, with the goal of raising $30,000.
The sign would provide an electronic message center for the community along Highway 14, and would also display time and temperature.
