Cedar Rapids celebrated its 125th anniversary with a parade and various activities last weekend, June 13-14. A parade was the featured event on Saturday morning, followed by various games and races, sand volleyball, a tractor pull, barbecue and dance. On Sunday, a community worship service was held, followed by lunch and dedication of the new Cedar Rapids Fire Station.
