‘The Big Dig’ was underway at Boone County Health Center on Tuesday, Aug. 4. The above photo shows excavation underway for the basement of the Phase III addition. Other work in progress at the same time included installation of a temporary fence across the south end of the parking lot and installation of a new sewer main.
