Five new teachers have joined the faculty at Boone Central Public School this year. Two have lived in the area for several years. Two grew up in the Albion and Petersburg areas, and one is new to the area. Shown above are new teachers (front, l. to r.) Struckman is originally from Brule, NE, and is new to the area. He will teach high school Spanish. Cassie Olson is an Albion native and Boone Central graduate. She will teach high school English and Speech. Sandy Sorell, who has lived in the Albion area for six years, will teach Middle School Special Education. Lisa Groth has lived in Albion for about 10 years, and she has taught at Leigh, NE. Groth will be teaching Family and Consumer Science this year. Joelle Feeney, who grew up at Petersburg, will be part-time elementary guidance counselor at Boone Central.
