Oldtime farming techniques and antique machinery were featuerd at the Rae Valley Heritage Association’s 27th annual Nebraska State Antique Tractor and Horse Plowing Contest last Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 23-24, west of Petersburg. The event featured a wide variety of activities, including horse-drawn plowing, discing and planting.
