It all started with little Sadie Raeann King, born on Sept. 1 and ended with a double-dose, a set of twins, born to Mark and Amy Hooker on Sept. 30 at the Boone County Health Center.
All totaled, there were 22 babies born during September at Boone County Health Center, which is the second highest number of births recorded for a one month period. The numbers tip slightly in favor of baby boys, with 12 boys and 10 girls born at BCHC in September.
