With the motto of “Charity Begins at Home” in mind, the Boone County Area Foundation Board of Directors this week announced a total of $13,000 in grant awards to Boone County organizations for 2009.
The foundation is a charitable organization partnering with area communities to direct funds toward the support and growth of Boone County.
