Boone Couinty Commissioners on Monday finalized the nearly $1.2 million contract for renovation of the county courthouse.
Pending the arrival of materials, the target date for starting work inside the courthouse is Jan. 10, 2010, said Joe Beckenhauer of Beckenhauer Construction, Inc.
The contract sets a guaranteed maximum construction price of $1,199,155 with Beckenhauer Construction.
