Albion’s city government is in very good financial condition going into the spring and summer, according to the city’s financial consultant and auditor, Terry Galloway, CPA, of Grand Island.
Galloway presented his audit report for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2009. He also presented a financial “score card” to the Albion City Council during its monthly meeting Tuesday night, March 9. He compared Albion’s financial information to his “recommended” levels, and to those of peer communities of 1,001 to 2,000 population.
