Gearing up for the coming busy summer season, planning committees of the Albion Chamber of Commerce will be meeting this week and next week.
The Golf Challenge planning committee will meet Thursday, June 3, at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall. This event will be held July 31 and Aug. 1, 2010, at the Albion Country Club.
A final planning meeting for the June 10 BRAN overnight stay will be held Monday, June 7, at 5 p.m. in the Event Center at the Boone County Fairgrounds. All committee members are asked to attend.
BRAN riders will be arriving in the community starting Thursday morning, and a variety of activities are planned.
