Anastasia Mary Novacek, 94, of Cedar Rapids died on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011 at the Boone County Health Center in Albion.
Joseph also passed away the same day, January 12, 2011 at the Wolf Memorial Good Samaritan Center in Albion at 99 years of age.

Stanley “Bud” A. Armatys, 85, of Grand Island died on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011, at Tiffany Square Care Center in Grand Island. Maxine Mary Krause, 87, of Albion died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011, at the Wolf Memorial Good Samaritan Center in Albion. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 18 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Albion. Burial was held at St. Michael’s Cemetery.

William Edward Arends, 55, of Petersburg, died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011 at his home in Petersburg.

Barbara L. Buschmeyer

Barbara L. Buschmeyer, 80, of Fremont died Monday, Jan. 10, 2011, at Arbor Manor in Fremont. Funeral services were held Jan. 14 at First Church of Nazarene in Fremont. Burial was at Ridge Cemetery in Fremont.

Leona E. Haave

Leona E. Haave, 80, of Norfolk, died on Jan. 16, 2011, at Bryan LGH West Hospital in Lincoln. Funeral services will be held at Immanuel Zion Lutheran Church in rural Albion on Friday, Jan. 21 at 2 p.m. Interment will be held at the  North Branch Cemetery in rural Petersburg. Visitation will be on Thursday, Jan. 20 from 5-7 p.m. at Stonacek Funeral Chapel, Norfolk.  Reverend Mike Kern will officiate.
