City sales tax receipts again stronger

Albion city sales tax receipts continued to show strength in November 2010, with another double digit increase over the same month the previous year.

The city’s total receipts for November 2010 were $47,834, according to the Nebraska Department of Revenue. That’s an increase of $10,709 or 29 percent from the November 2009 total of $37,125.

November totals marked the 13th straight month of double digit increases over the previous year.
