Condition of Highway 14 through Petersburg was one of many discussion topics at the Petersburg Community Club meeting Monday night, May 2.
Comments on the proposed Highway 14 overlay project are now being taken by the Nebraska Department of Roads. The address for comments was published in last week’s Petersburg Press.
The club will send a letter expressing that something must be done, because the highway is becoming unsafe. Allen Thorberg encouraged everyone to send letters saying, “The more letters they receive from us, the better.”
