Donald E. Marker, 63, of Columbus, died on Aug. 8, 2011 at the Columbus Community Hospital. Funeral services were held on Monday, Aug. 8 at the First United Methodist Church in Columbus. Interment was held at All Saints Cemetery in Columbus.

John M. Swiatek

John Michael Swiatek, 83, of Spalding, died Sunday at the Spalding Dam in Spalding. A Memorial Mass was held Thursday, Aug. 4 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Spalding. Inurnment was in the Bartlett Cemetery with Military Rites conducted by American Legion Post 299 of Spalding and American Legion Post 107 of Bartlett.
