Rhythm & Ribs will feature a wide variety of food and entertainment again this year. It is sponsored by the Albion Chamber of Commerce.
Some 28 grilling teams from communities throughout eastern Nebraska had reserved spots in the barbecue contest as of Monday, Aug. 22.
“We’re really excited about this year’s event,” said Jill Anding, chamber executive director. “We’ve had a great response from both grillers and people who plan to attend.”
