Transfer of ownership of the former Friendship Villa Nursing Home to the Spalding community was the topic of a Jan. 4 meeting in Elkhorn, NE, between Spalding representatives and Vetter Health Services officials.
At that meeting, Jack Vetter, president of Vetter Health Services, agreed to transfer ownership and rights to the nursing home property to the community.
Timeline discussed for the transfer was within 90 days. Cost of the property had not yet been determined.
