Petersburg Village Board held a special meeting Tuesday, Jan. 17, to discuss TIF funding and project plans with attorney Michael Bacon and engineer John Zwingman.
The board discussed when TIF would be available on new building projects, in relation to bonding for special projects such as the Main Street improvements, and water and sewer line improvements.
