Meeting on Keystone XL pipeline set May 16 in Albion

Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality is starting a series of information meetings in towns along the proposed new route of the Keystone XL oil pipeline.

The first meeting will be tonight, Wednesday, May 9, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the O’Neill Community Center.

A meeting will be held in Albion next Wednesday, May 16, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Boone County Event Center.

Other meetings are scheduled Thursday, May 10, 4-7 p.m. at Neligh-Oakdale High School in Neligh, and Thursday, May 17, 4-7 p.m. at the Central City Community Room, Central City.
