A portrayal of Teddy Roosevelt by Darrel Draper was featured at the Petersburg Memorial Day ceremonies held Monday, May 28, in the American Legion Club.
Draper cited some of his many accomplishments as a “Rough Rider” and as U.S. President.
About 50 people attended the ceremony. Legion members held services at local cemeteries after the program.
