Gov. Dave Heineman visited Boone Central Public Schools on Tuesday morning, Oct. 30, accompanied by Education Commissioner Dr. Roger Breed and State Sen. Greg Adams of York.
The three were visiting several Nebraska schools that day to gather information from educators on their methods for improving student assessment scores on statewide tests.
