Wesleyan Choir to perform here Friday night

Nebraska Wesleyan University Choir will present a concert this Friday evening, Jan. 18, at 7:30 p.m. in St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Albion.
This select 52-voice ensemble will present a 90-minute program which will include music from Germany, England, Canada and the United States, and will feature classical artists like Benjamin Britten, Johannes Brahms and Frank Schubert. The concert will also feature 20th century American composers Michael Eglin, John Muehleisen and Allen Koepke.
The concert is sponsored by the Albion Area Arts Council, with support from the Nebraska Arts Council, National Endowment for the Arts and the Nebraska Cultural Endowment. Additional funding is provided by the Boone County Visitors Promotion Committee.
