BCHC staffer chosen for national board

Emily Krohn, chief information officer at Boone County Health Center, has been chosen as part of a national pilot Fellows program on the use of electronic medical records in hospital and medical clinic settings.
Mrs. Krohn’s appointment to this prestigious position was announced recently by the Office of the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology.
Krohn was the only person chosen from Nebraska and is one of only 28 chosen from across the country.
