The Boone Central/Newman Grove Cardinals closed out the 2013 boys golf season competing in the B-3 District at Quail Run Golf Course in Columbus Monday.
The Cardinals finished with a 427 team score, led by Hunter Henry’s 18-hole round of 104 (56/48). Completing the BC/NG team total were Luke Johnson (55/52-107), Joel Meyer (51/57-108) and Parker Wallin (58/50-108).
Aurora (331) won the B-3 championship. Lucas Grossnicklaus (77) and Ben Grossnicklaus (78) of Aurora were the top two medalists.
