Kids events highlight ‘Music & Mayhem’

A variety of activities and children’s events highlighted Music & Mayhem in Cedar Rapids last Saturday, Aug. 17.
Children took part in turtle races and other games. Adults competed in lawn mower races, with the drivers blindfolded.
