Preconstruction meeting Wednesday on Raeville Road

An asphalt overlay project on the Raeville Road (110th Street) is moving closer to reality in Boone County.
Darrel Thorin, county highway superintendent, told Boone County Commissioners Monday that a preconstruction meeting with the contractor and project engineer was scheduled for Wednesday morning, Aug. 28.
Construction is scheduled to begin Sept. 9, 2013, with a 25-day work period.
