More than 100 people took part in a “Pink with a Purpose” event focusing on breast cancer last Wednesday evening, Oct. 30, at the Boone County Health Center Kvam Community Room.
The event was sponsored by the BCHC Cancer Care . . . Navigating Your Journey team.
Dr. Tami Dodds was keynote speaker, and Gayla Oakley, RN/Rehabilitation Director, served as mistress of ceremonies.
Other speakers from the hospital discussed a variety of topics.
