E-10 gas price bounce down-up-down

E-10 gas prices have been bouncing around the $3 per gallon mark.
For one week, Nov. 20-27, the local E-10 price was $2.99.9. Then it increased to $3.05.9 from Nov. 27-Dec. 4.
Then it was back down to $2.99.9 starting Wednesday, Dec. 4.
Gas prices were generally declining in Nebraska throughout the past week.
