Ross Knott of Petersburg has filed for election to the Subdivision 2 seat on the Nebraska Public Power District Board of Directors.
Knott, president of the Petersburg State Bank, has been an active supporter and promoter of wind energy development in rural Nebraska.
Subdivision 2 includes Boone, Greeley, Wheeler, Howard, Garfield, Sherman, Valley, Holt, Boyd, Keya Paha, Knox and Cedar counties of Nebraska.
