Boone County Planning Commission will hold public hearings next Monday, April 28, at 8 p.m., on conditional use permits for proposed new hog confinements.
The meeting venue has been changed to the Albion Knights of Columbus Hall, 827 West Church Street, Albion, to accommodate a possible larger attendance.
JSMM Farms, LLC, has requested the permits for Class I confined feeding operations, one north of Albion and another southwest of Loretto.
