fter a public hearing Monday morning, July 14, Boone County Commissioners unanimously approved a conditional use permit for a Class I hog confinement feeding operation southwest of Loretto.
The permit will allow MSJM Properties to build a confinement for up to 2,500 head of hogs on land between 170th and 180th Avenues, and between 220th and 230th Streets, or about three miles south and four miles west of Loretto.
