On Wednesday, July 9, Pierce Koch and Colton Pelster laid down the weed barrier under the swing set in the Petersburg Park and installed the containment area.
Later, some 28,000 pounds of crumb rubber was added to meet safety guidelines.
The project costs were over $7,000.
