Albion Economic Development Corp. recently finalized purchase of two vacant buildings on the 300 block of Main Street, with plans to tear down and remove both buildings.
The former location of Billy Bob’s was purchased from Marlene Bittner and the Albion Bike Shop was purchased from Dave Landauer. Total purchase price was $34,500. Estimated cost to remove both buildings is $20,000.
