Albion Planning Commission Monday night recommended approval of the replat of a block bordering Highway 39 in southeast Albion to accommodate a new store.
The administrative plat for Block 46, Mansfield’s 10th Addition to the City of Albion, was submitted by Delbert Niewohner, who was represented at the public hearing by Jason Headley of E & A Consulting Group.
The new plat has been named the DG Addition. Headley said the Dollar General store plans to build a new store on the property.
